General Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms of Sale govern sales of products concluded on zahirwellness.com between Zahir Wellness (the "Seller") and any consumer (the "Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are food supplements. They are not medicinal products and do not replace a varied, balanced diet or medical advice.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Any delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

The sale is deemed concluded once the Seller confirms the order.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure provider Stripe, and by any other means offered at checkout. [TO VERIFY: align with the means actually enabled.]

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery takes [TO COMPLETE: X] business days and in any event no more than 30 days from order confirmation. If exceeded, the Customer may, after formal notice, terminate the contract and obtain a refund.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to withdraw, without giving reasons. A model withdrawal form is provided below; requests may be sent to hello@zahirwellness.com.

Hygiene exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons.

Article 8 — Legal guarantees

Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under French law.

Article 9 — Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for misuse of the products or failure to observe the stated precautions.

Article 10 — Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer first contacts customer service (hello@zahirwellness.com), then may use the consumer mediator named in our Legal notice. French law applies; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain applicable.
