Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern all product sales made through the website zahirwellness.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Site", operated by Zahir Wellness.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale are natural dietary supplements. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance to the product received.

Our dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or medical follow-up. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), CFA francs (XAF), and US dollars (USD). They are tax-exclusive and do not include shipping costs, which are specified before order validation.

Zahir Wellness reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 4 - Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Order confirmation constitutes conclusion of the sales contract. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided during the order.

Article 5 - Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

Payment is due at the time of order. The transaction is secured by SSL encryption.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication. Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer during the order. In case of significant delay, the customer will be notified by email.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 8 - Liability

Zahir Wellness cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Dietary supplements must be used in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.

Article 9 - Personal Data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 - Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by United States law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
